Orsay advised Champagne Jeeper and its shareholders Nicolas and Myriam Dubois, who together with Groupe Reybier, were the successful bidders for the acquisition, out of bankruptcy, of the assets of Champagne Jeeper. The reorganization plan has been approved by the Commercial Court of Reims.
